Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. If a refund is approved as an exception, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If an exchanges is approved as an exception, we will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@textmeyourlist.com to arrange an exchange. Our products are packed and delivered directly by TMYL LLC and our employees.
